This all, of course, coming on the day that federal courts ruled that it was not legal for federal agents to seize the 2003 list of players that tested positive for steroids under an "anonymous" test. The identities of the rest of the 104 positive tests will go back into the clutches of the players union. And the results will presumably be destroyed; the union was after all having them destroyed when they were seized under warrant as part of the BALCO investigation. I guess we'll never know who the other guys were? I for one don't really care.
