Normally we eschew such serious topics as domestic abuse and rape allegations on the nerd but I've been a bit curious about this one. Essentially the case has boiled down to this: Merriman was arrested after Tequila signed a citizen's arrest warrant accusing Merriman of battery and false imprisonment. Stating that he choked her and threw her on the ground. Merriman has stated that he "was concerned about her welfare given the intoxicated state she appeared to be in and I encouraged her to stay until safe transportation could be provided." Tequila has since said that his response was all spin....no charges have been filed. So in sum, its "he said she said" which led me to wonder who was more reliable. What do you guys think? Look at these two people...who is a more credible source? I for one can't even tell who has bigger breasts.

I believe Tila. I question Merriman's character because he dates Tila Tequila. Therefore, in this dispute, I believe Tila.
